Alyssa brings over 10 years of talent acquisition and employee retention experience. She has an array of knowledge including full desk recruiting, onboarding, tool development and setup, and training. With her Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology, she understands the importance of designing a recruitment process tailored to the needs of the company and position, adhere to legal standards, and ensure an enjoyable candidate experience.

Throughout her career, Alyssa has worked in a variety of different industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and finance/accounting. She has developed recruitment programs from the ground up and trained recruitment teams to successfully meet the company’s needs.

Alyssa lives in Northern CA with her husband, Nick, and 2 dogs, Finch and Pele. She played college softball in Augusta, GA and still plays slow pitch softball on the weekends for fun.
